POLICY PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13-14 OF GDPR 2016/679 and subsequent amendments (General Data Protection Regulation: GDPR 2019)

pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and subsequent amendments and in relation to the information that will come into possession, for the purposes of the protection of people and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, the following is informed:

  • 1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
    • The data you provide will be used for the purpose and for the purpose of ASSIGNING AND MANAGING THE RESERVATION OF THE ROOM (S) and PERFORMING THE LAW REGISTRATIONS

  • 2. PROCESSING METHODS
    • The ways in which personal data will be processed include the TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THE QUESTURE PORTAL and ISTAT

  • 3. DATA CONFERENCE
    • The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1 are mandatory (REGISTRATIONS ACCOMMODED TO THE QUESTION AND ISTAT) and any refusal of authorization entails the IMPOSSIBILITY OF HOSTING IT

  • 4. COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA
    • The data provided will be communicated, by law, to: QUESTURA and INSTITUTE OF REGIONAL STATISTICS (ISTAT).
    The data provided will NOT BE DISCLOSED TO OTHERS AND WILL BE ELIMINATED SIMULTANEOUSLY TO VS. DEPARTURE.
    For YOUR RESERVATIONS THROUGH THIRD PARTY SITES (Booking, Alter Vista, Bed-and-breakfast.it) please refer to the privacy policies of the related sites which we invite you to read.

  • 5. HOLDER OF THE TREATMENT
    • The owner of the processing of personal data is Z. MARCO (delegated to Mr. Z. SERGIO)

  • 6. DATA SUBJECT'S RIGHTS
    • At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:
    a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data;
    b) information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
    c) the correction and deletion of data;
    d) obtain the limitation of the treatment;
    e) obtain the portability of the data, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
    f) ask the data controller for access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning him or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability;
    g) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation;
    h) lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
